Our furnace tune-ups and maintenance visits are performed by HVAC service technicians who have years of experience. They are factory trained and familiar with all major makes and models of furnaces and heat pumps. In addition to routine maintenance, our techs are also qualified to perform furnace repairs if needed.

If you are interested in getting the most benefit from preventative maintenance, we recommend becoming a member of our Preventative Maintenance Club. Preventative Maintenance Club members get a personalized program that includes two to four visits a year, depending upon their specific needs. Homeowners typically need two visits a year (one in the fall focused on the furnace tune-up and one in the spring focused on the air conditioner), while businesses may require three of four visits per year depending upon the number and size of their equipment and the demands they put on them. Pricing for our program depends on how many pieces of equipment there are and how many visits we will be providing each year. As a member of our Preventative Maintenance Club, not only will you be keeping your heating and air conditioning system running at optimal performance, but you'll also receive priority scheduling and 10% off parts and materials for repairs.

Call today to learn more about our Preventative Maintenance Club or to schedule a one-time furnace tune-up. Our furnace tune-ups are $119 per visit and include a thorough cleaning, inspection, and safety check of your system. Furnace tune-ups and scheduled maintenance visits are typically scheduled Monday through Friday, between 7am and 5pm. We are locally owned and fully licensed. Our service area includes but is not limited to Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Ojai, and surrounding cities.
