Our residential service call fees range between $89 to $109, based upon location and scope. This diagnostic includes having a heating and air conditioning expert come on site, perform a complete inspection of your system, diagnose the issue, and provide a recommendation and estimate of the repairs that are needed. If you approve the work, the diagnostic fee can be applied to the cost of your repairs for residential projects over $500. Additionally, as part of our commitment to quality service, we will take great care to be respectful of your time and property. We provide a two-hour window for AC service appointments and call ahead if it looks like we'll be running late. When working inside your home, we'll wear booties and lay down drop cloths to protect your floors. We also keep our service vehicles fully stocked with the most commonly needed replacement parts, so most repairs can be completed on the first visit.
