My air conditioner went down on a Sunday and after 3 days of promises from First American Home Warranty, 3 different confirmations that someone would be out here (in 111 degree weather) I made 1 call to ANACAPA and an angel named Brian who showed up as scheduled and on time and promptly replaced the part and the air conditioner was up and running within an hour.
