Anthony was awesome from the get go, wore a mask and little shoe booties, which shows consideration and was much appreciated. He was extremely thorough and explained all the steps he was taking to try to diagnose the problem with our AC Unit. He answered all our questions and concerns. The problem part was replaced and luckily was still under warranty, so we were only charged for labor. This was such a good experience and I have full confidence in Anacapa Heating and Air, they are honest and provide peace of mind, which is important when your AC goes out and you don't know what to expect. I will be using them in the future for normal maintenance and service calls and would highly recommend giving them a shot at earning your business, highly impressed. A+

Anacapa Heating & Air did a great job. I have a house built in 1987 and the heater went out. Kevin, the owner came out to give me an estimate personally. We ended up getting a new heater and air conditioning unit "he did not try to up-sell us) It was the best decision. Everything works great. Anacapa gave us a great price, cleaned up every day. Great technicians.I will definitely use them again!

If you are interested in getting the most benefit from preventative maintenance, we recommend joining our Preventative Maintenance Club. We'll develop a custom program tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Our pricing will depend upon how many pieces of equipment you have and how many visits per year you want. Typically, for residential clients, we schedule two visits per year: an air conditioner tune-up in the spring and a furnace tune-up in the fall. Because businesses put greater demands on their heating and cooling systems, we generally recommend three or four visits per year. Preventative Maintenance Club members receive priority scheduling and 10% discounts on materials and replacement parts used for repairs. Once you become a member, we'll proactively call you when it is time for you to schedule your maintenance visit.
When scheduled without a maintenance agreement, our AC tuneups are $119 per visit and don't include filter replacement. This is because we still perform the same thorough inspection, but require more time to do so because we're unfamiliar with the equipment.
