In order to right-size your system, we provide a free in-home assessment and consultation, during which we evaluate your current heating and air conditioning system, perform a load calculation, check for any issues, such as hot or cold spots, and discuss your indoor comfort preferences. The tech Diagnose the issue problem a condenser I believe and put in a request for replacement part and will be repaired in 1 to 2 days very happy. My tech came the very next day in the morning to repair my air conditioning is up and running I'm very cool and very happy with the service
